Feeling

Having the space and time to focus on what’s going on for you might sound indulgent but is anything more important than getting to know your true self?

When you’re feeling out of sorts, often it is easier to speak to someone in confidence in order to share how you truly feel. As a qualified Psychodynamic therapist, I will listen to you with empathy, acceptance, authenticity and without judgement.

Because psychodynamic counselling is independent from the rest of your life, this provides a unique opportunity for you to explore your inner world, your thoughts and feelings, both past and present.

Discussion with a therapist can uncover things you didn’t even realise about yourself. For example, you may wonder where certain traits or behavioural patterns stem from or why you just don’t feel like ‘you.’

Understanding

Working together, we’ll start to make sense of what is going on. Gradually, we’ll find meaning, thereby enabling you to understand yourself better and to enjoy a more sincere and genuine relationship with yourself – and others!

I am interested in you, your story and being alongside you on this journey to making your life more fulfilling and meaningful.

If you would like find out if this is a journey you want to start, then the first step is to arrange an initial meeting to see if we are the right fit for working together. It’s important that you choose the right therapist for you.

Our initial meeting can be face-to-face or on Zoom and there is no obligation to continue after this if you don’t wish to.
